No. SparkGlim Ticketing is a complete ticket sales and admission product. Other SparkGlim products are optional.
Does every event support USSD?
No. USSD requires an assigned route and a supported gateway and market. Use the code displayed for the event and test the flow before advertising it.
Does opening a payment link confirm my ticket?
No. Paid tickets depend on confirmed payment. Retain the reference and check the transaction if confirmation has not arrived.
Can my organization use its own brand?
Approved White Label accounts can use supported branding and hosted domains. Organization and Reseller access have separate requirements.
