Questions, answered.

When are paid tickets issued?

Tickets are issued after the payment is confirmed. A pending payment or browser return is not a completed purchase.

Which payment methods can guests use?

Available methods depend on the event’s configured selling country, currency and payment provider. Checkout is the source of the final available options and fees.

Can I verify a ticket publicly?

Use the verification link supplied with the ticket. Admission and staff check-in remain permission-controlled actions.

How do I prepare my team?

Assign the supported team roles, prepare your devices and review ticket types and entry instructions before the event.
