Your questions, answered.

How is a group booking charged?

The percentage applies to the total value of the tickets in the booking. The flat fee applies once to that transaction, rather than once to each ticket.

Can I run a free event?

Yes. Free admission has no platform percentage, transaction flat fee or payment processing charge.

What makes private invite pricing different?

Private, invite-only events have a separate percentage rate and do not carry the public-ticketing flat fee. Payment processing is shown separately.

Do ticket buyers pay the fees?

Confirm the fee arrangement when setting up the event. Fees can affect your proceeds or the amount paid by the buyer; review the checkout total before opening sales.
