The buyer selects a ticket and completes the available payment flow. A payment initialization or browser return alone does not establish a successful purchase; confirmation controls ticket issuance.
Support buyers after payment
Ask buyers to keep their reference and contact details. When a payment is pending, verify its status before asking them to buy again to avoid duplicate purchases.
