You cannot find your ticket
Check My Tickets and the confirmation sent to the contact details used for purchase. Contact support with the event name and purchase reference, without sending full card details or account passwords.
You need an event decision
Schedule, venue, admission exceptions and cancellation terms belong to the event organizer. Read the event information and refund policy, then contact the appropriate support team.
